Representative projects include a comprehensive renovation of Lynnhill Condominiums in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland, which the Prince George’s County Fire Department had shuttered. He oversaw structural repairs, spanning brickwork and masonry, as well as the installation of energy-efficient windows and balcony doors. Mr. Dragone’s team also replaced crumbling emergency stairs with metal and concrete pan stairs and undertook lead paint and asbestos removal, along with a variety of interior cosmetic upgrades. The rebranded property currently attracts a diversity of professional tenants as Verona at Naylor Metro.
